Monitoring and expertise of urban planning documentation

A review is prepared for the meeting of the town-planning council on the projects of town-planning documentation and construction projects of IV, V categories of complexity (commissioned by the customer by the project organization, which the customer chooses independently). The review is submitted in writing. (paragraph 5.7 of Order No. 108 of July 7, 2011)

A common problem today is the need for targeted operations with available land resources of communities. There are many situations where the existing master or detailed plan does not correspond to the intentions of the community, and sometimes even contradicts. Also, a significant part of the urban planning documentation of cities and villages of Ukraine is simply outdated.Do these documents meet modern legal requirements and community strategic plans? When a community needs to attract an investor and it is unable to respond quickly to requests and does not operate on data on the available potential of its territory.
Newly formed communities often "inherit" document archives at various levels of quality and look for ways to adapt them to their goal, but they do not always meet their goals.
