Cities are formed in the relationship between the environment and its community, as well as between private and public initiatives. We work at the heart of these processes, offering sustainable solutions that combine and reconcile the interests of all involved. Working with cities, public sector organizations, developers, private companies and non-profit organizations, we develop a balanced, pragmatic and ambitious urban development perspective. Our spatial planning team is experienced urban planners from all over Ukraine. Our experts conduct comprehensive research in the early stages of design and look for opportunities for efficient and cost-effective processing of facilities, thereby reducing the cost of its implementation and speed up implementation time.  We work on the preparation of urban planning documentation, support the approval procedure and provide educational services for spatial planning.
